Resolve Medical Bills
Resolve negotiates with medical billing systems to lower unfair bills and provide stress-free savings for overwhelmed Americans.
The goal of the project was to create a new marketing site that reflected Resolve's updated brand identity,¹ with an emphasis on improving the copy and UX to ensure awareness of their services and resources.
I.
It was critical to demonstrate Resolve's ability to rectify bills, and secondarily spotlight their educational initiatives. The copy and UX strategy aimed to prioritize trust-building with social proof, while also giving a high-level overview of their process and offerings without overwhelming users.
II.
Resolve's branding applies a graphic element called "the guiding light" as a metaphor to guide customers out of their financial situations towards resolution. Photos of optimistic Resolve advocates and CTA components are paired with guiding light assets across the site.

Reimagined the Medical Debt Guides UI to convey their educational benefits and improve user engagement. Guides are just one of the resources available to users to help them navigate billing circumstances and increase their financial confidence.
Resolve's blog and wealth of resources are powered by Webflow CMS, with over 10 custom fields (including SEO enhancements) for editors to add new posts with ease.

I expanded Resolve’s lightweight brand-kit with custom iconography and assets for web and print. The icons follow the graphic build of the brand's graphic element, the guiding light.
